When you access this website, technical data may be processed to deliver the website securely and reliably. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and error information.
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, which processes hosting data on our behalf. Processing necessary for website security and operation is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact and Project Enquiries
If you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, company, requested service, industry, project information and message.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where necessary for pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, and otherwise on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding to business enquiries and maintaining professional communications.
5. Careers and Applications
When you submit an application or professional profile, we process the information you provide to assess your suitability for current or upcoming assignments. This may include identification and contact details, CV information, qualifications, certificates, availability, location preferences and professional experience.
Application data is processed for decisions concerning employment or engagement in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Section 26 BDSG where applicable. If you consent to consideration for future opportunities, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Contract and Project Administration
Where a business relationship is established, we may process contact, commercial, project, access, operational and safety-related information as required for project coordination, documentation, invoicing, compliance and contractual obligations.
7. Recipients
Personal data may be shared only where necessary with hosting, email and IT providers, professional advisers, project partners, clients, contractors or public authorities. Service providers acting on our behalf are contractually bound where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Embedded Google Maps
The Contact page includes an embedded Google Maps service provided by Google. When the map is activated or loaded, technical data such as your IP address and device information may be transmitted to Google, including possible processing outside the European Economic Area.
